The Northern Junior League will continue in 2025 with the Workington Meteors back to defend their title.

There will be five teams again competing, including a return for Berwick who sat out this year.

But West Lothian Wildcats will be the only team which will compete out of Edinburgh, with the Armadale Devils stepping down.

After discussions at the recent AGM, it was concluded that it will be the same format for the teams in 2025, to include one NDL rider with an average of 5.00 and under, along with one unattached 3.00 rider, and two riders on 125cc/150cc motorcycles.

2024 NJL champions the Meteors will be defending their title alongside the Ashfield Giants who compete out of Glasgow, Redcar, Berwick and West Lothian.

The league will run on a one home/one away format, meaning eight fixtures for each club across the season.

Any 125/150 riders who would like to be considered for a team place and are currently not included in a team are asked to email [email protected] to register their intent.
