A man suffered serious facial injuries in an assault outside a Barrow pub.
Police have issued an appeal for witnesses today, Wednesday February 5, to the attack, which happened on Christmas Eve.
It happened between 8pm and 9.30pm, outside the Robin Hood pub in Crellin Street.
The victim was a man in his 50s.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the events to come forward with any information regarding the suspect’s name or any other information which could help the investigation.
