A vehicle has been seized and a driver reported following anti-social driving in Penrith.
Eden Police received a complaint from a member of the public that anti-social driving was taking place in a car park on Ullswater Road, yesterday.
Officers attended following the complaint and the driver of the car was reported for driving without due care and attention.
The vehicle was also seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
Police said the incident follows previous complaints made regarding the anti-social use of vehicles in car parks on the same road.
