West Cumbria Amalgamation fanciers can plan for another Sunday race as the weather has intervened again.
The race, which will be from Cannock, has been put back 24 hours because the early forecast for tomorrow is very poor.
Meanwhile the Cumbria Region of the RPRA is asking for applications for the season’s annual awards.
Category A for the Union Jack Club trophy is for Old Bird Inland.
The Tom Pooley Cup will be given to the winner of Category B for Old Bird Channel.
Category C is for the Old Bird Combined, inland and channel with the NPO Cup to the winner.
The Long and Small Garage Trophy goes to the winner of Category D for Young Bird, any distance.
West Cumberland Federation members dominated the Amalgamation result from Appleton 3 last Sunday.
They took the first 32 positions before John and Liz Walters of Workington Social were the leading Derwent Valley loft.
