Fire crews have tackled a house blaze in Carlisle this morning.
Firefighters from Carlisle, Brampton and Longtown stations were called to Denton Street at around 7.35am today, Monday September 22.
Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service said: “Crews have worked diligently using two hose reels, an external jet and a 12-metre ladder to successfully extinguish the fire.
“Crews were in attendance for just over an hour.”
Cumbria police have advised there may be some road closures in place around the area due to the emergency services response.
