A commercial building in Penrith is set to go under the hammer this month.
The owner of 9-10 Middlegate is putting the two-storey property up for auction on October 30 with Acuitus.
B&M Bargains has occupied the ground floor for the last decade and has just signed a new five-year lease.
Acuitus said it brought in £50,000 a year in rent.
The 17,609 sq ft freehold property also features first floor accommodation.
Charlie Powter, of Acuitus, said: “This prominent retail asset benefits from a strong location in central Penrith, and should attract investors looking to secure reliable rental income from a long-established tenant that has been in occupation for the past decade.”
The Acuitus auction will take place online from noon on October 30.
