A Carlisle Poundland store is set to close its doors for the final time this week.
The company has announced that the store at St Nicholas Gate will shut on Sunday, November 9.
The bargain chain was sold by its owners to an investment firm for £1 earlier this year.
Following the sale, a restructuring plan for its 800 stores was revealed – including the closure of several branches by the end of 2025.
The Carlisle store is one of 19 that will shut by the end of this year. Sixty-three stores have already closed.
