Dozens of people attended demonstrations in Carlisle city centre yesterday.
A peaceful protest was organised by Cumbria Action and a counter-protest staged by Carlisle Against Racism on Saturday, November 15.
Police launched an operation to control the event.
Cumbria Action say they are organising demonstrations to show solidarity with national protests.
A 52-year-old man was arrested prior to the protests taking place.
