
A dog walker was taken to hospital following a collision on a Lake District road.
Police are investigating the incident which took place at around 3.35pm on Saturday, December 20 on the A591 at Waterhead, near Ambleside.
The collision involved a Subaru Forester and a pedestrian walking two dogs.
The pedestrian, a 64-year-old man, sustained injuries and is being treated in hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses who have not yet been spoken to and are requesting any dashcam footage which may have been recorded in the area at the time.
