A man was due to appear in court yesterday after an incident at a Carlisle McDonald’s this week.
The incident happened at the McDonald’s on London Road yesterday, January 7, in the afternoon.
Anthony Sheckley, 57, was charged with racially aggravated fear of violence, assault by beating and assault a constable in the execution of duty.
He was due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court yesterday, January 8.
