A man in his 30s has died following a workplace incident at a Penrith firm.
Cumbria police said they were called at 4pm on Friday to Jeld-Wen on Mardale Road on the Penrith Industrial Estate.
Emergency serviced attended and a man in his 30s was declared dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Executive has been made aware and an investigation into the incident’s circumstances was ongoing, police said.
A Health and Safety Executive spokesman said: “We are aware of this incident and liaising with Cumbria police.”
