Junction 42’s slip road is due to be closed overnight on Wednesday.
The junction’s slip road, at Carlisle, is set to be closed from 2am to 6am on Wednesday, January 28, northbound for safety barrier work.
A diversion will be in place, directing traffic to continue to the Rosehill Interchange at Junction 43 and return southbound to exit the M6.
