
Police are searching for a man alleged to have attacked bar staff at a Carlisle pub.
Cumbria police said they were investigating the assault at The Appletree on Lowther Street on January 26 at around 2pm.
During the incident, the man had to be restrained but left prior to police arrival.
The victim – a white man with medium dark hair, glasses and a light beard with a moustache – sustained a head injury as a result of the assault.
The suspect was described as white, around 6ft, bald and around 50 years old.
