A man was due to appear in court yesterday in connection with an incident in Whitehaven on Tuesday.
Krys Ritson, 37, of no fixed address, was arrested following the incident on Windermere Road.
He is charged with:
- Common assault
- Resisting a constable in the execution of duty
- Escape from lawful custody
- Criminal damage
- Assault by beating of an emergency worker
He is to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court yesterday, Thursday February 20.
