A CCTV image has been released after a parcel was opened outside a Carlisle home.
The incident took place on February 24 at around 7pm on Raffles Avenue and the parcel was opened by a man who had entered the garden.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured as part of their enquiries.
He is white and aged between 20 and 30.
