Workington sports enthusiast Jordan Cape couldn’t have asked for a better start to Cheltenham – before racing even started.
It’s not every day that you get the chance of a picture with two world champions at the home of National Hunt Racing.
But Jordan, a Manchester United fan and general sports follower, recognised the two guys as they prepared to have a spot of lunch on the opening day.
Darts stars Luke Littler and Luke Humphries were more than happy to pose for a photo with Jordan, whose own skill with the arrows is not quite in the same league.
There’s an annual pilgrimage to Cheltenham from many parts of the country, including Cumbria while others head off to sunnier climes to specifically watch the racing.
Jordan is in a party which includes his brother Josh, dad Barry and former Workington Reds player Simon Parry.
