A man has been arrested after concerns were raised about suspicious items at an Egremont property.
Police were called on Tuesday, March 10, to the address on Main Street at around 3.15pm.
Cumbria police said: “A number of substances were located and seized from the property. They do not pose any risk to the public.”
The force added that a 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of making an explosive with intent to commit an offence.
