A Kendal footbridge is set to partially close for repair work.
Dockray footbridge will be closed between certain times over seven working days for essential maintenance.
A selection of the anti-slip panels which cover the timber decking on the bridge over the Kent will be replaced and some minor localised repairs to corroding metalwork carried out.
The bridge will be closed:
- Thursday April 9 and Friday April 10 between 8am and 5pm
- Monday April 13 to Friday April 17 between 9am and 3pm. This is timed so schoolchildren accessing The Queen Katherine School will not be affected.
