The Cumberland FA have announced three mid-season referee promotions with the officials all moving from level 7 to 6.
The trio who will be stepping up are Josh Wood, Dan Myles and Justin Booty.
Scott Taylor, Cumberland FA referee development officer, said: “We are pleased to be able to announce more mid-season promotions this month as three candidates have recently progressed successfully along our Referee Progression Pathway.
“All three have worked hard to gain Level 6 status, refereeing a minimum of 25 games of which 10 games or more have been in adult football (Open Age).
“In Josh’s case he has only just turned 17 so he has stepped up extremely well from officiating youth football to open age.
“We wish them well in their future refereeing careers and for a successful remainder of the season.”
