A lightning strike has caused disruption to the train service between Barrow and Lancaster.
The strike caused a fault with the signalling system on the line.
As a result, trains were cancelled or delayed by up to 25 minutes.
Network Rail staff were at the site today, Wednesday March 25.
Delays have now ended.
