
A closure order has been obtained for a home in Ulverston due to anti-social behaviour and violence.
South Lakes Police’s neighbourhood team said they obtained the order for the property in Sun Street yesterday, Friday March 27.
Officers said it followed reports of anti-social behaviour, violence and nuisance in and around the property.
A closure order typically lasts for three months – although it is not clear how long this order is for .
Anyone, other than police or the landlord, found inside the address can be arrested for breach of closure order.
South Lakes Police said: “We will not tolerate this behaviour and will do everything we can to protect vulnerable people living at the premises and the wider community.”
