A pair of self-contained luxury holiday-let apartments in Kendal are on the market for £549,500.

Kendal Highgate Apartments are two two-bedroom units above Highgate, the main shopping street, accessed via a private entrance. It is on the market with Christie & Co.

Each apartment has been designed for premium short-stay demand and has independent central heating, soundproofing, and Wi‑Fi.

The current owners operate the bookings and changeovers, however agency and property management options are available for buyers seeking a more hands-off approach.

Graham Wilkinson, senior business agent – Hotels at Christie & Co, said: “Kendal Highgate Apartments offers a standout, turnkey proposition, with two self-contained luxury holiday lets in a prime town-centre location, presented to a very high standard and benefiting from strong year-round demand.

“Opportunities of this quality, with established performance and broad guest appeal, continue to attract significant buyer interest. We encourage parties looking to invest in the Lake District short-stay market to arrange a viewing at the earliest opportunity.”
