Two people have been seriously injured in a four-vehicle crash on the A689.
The collision happened yesterday, Thursday May 28, at 9.20am.
The road was closed in both directions.
Four people were taken to hospital and two have serious injuries.
The road was closed for several hours between Junction 44 and Houghton.
