Police want to identify a witness as part of an investigation into a suspicious incident in Barrow last month.
Officers said they were made aware of the incident, when a man was banging on the doors of a property in an area near Emlyn Street on May 2.
Police are looking for a man believed to be wearing dark clothing with a hood up, around 5ft 9in and of a large build.
He was seen on the back street between Manchester Street and Emlyn Street, Barrow on dates around and including May 25.
The man was spoken to by a member of the public and could potentially be a witness in an ongoing investigation.
