[A] bumper programme of open-air theatre events will be held at Talkin Tarn Country Park this summer.
Two performances will be held over two consecutive months by two different production companies.
Please bring along seating as the event will be held on the hard standing on the waterfront. The tearoom kiosk will be open serving a selection of tasty treats. A waterside BBQ will also be available (chargeable).
Thursday 27 July: Little Blue Monster Children’s Theatre presents Dogs Don’t Do Ballet (for ages 3+)
Based on the bestselling children’s book by Anna Kemp and Sara Ogilvie, this fabulous feel-good show features music, songs, hand-crafted puppets and Biff, the ballet-dancing dog! Gates will open at 4pm for a 5pm start.

Thursday 10 August: The Pantaloons presents A Midsummer’s Night Dream
The Pantaloons make their much-anticipated return to Shakespeare with this timeless comedy – told, as ever, in their own distinctive and anarchic style.
Gates will open at 6pm for a 7pm start.
