[A]n election for TWO Parish Councillors for Seaton was held on Thursday 30 November 2017.
The result of the by-election for Seaton Parish Council was:
- David Arthur Bell 209 votes
- Joyce King 229 votes
- Melanie Joanne Sandwith (Independent) 301 votes
Number of votes rejected 3
Therefore Joyce King and Melanie Joanne Sandwith were duly elected as councillors for Seaton Parish Council.
Turnout was 12.06% overall.
