[A] MAN and woman accused of causing grievous bodily harm in Carlisle have appeared at the city’s crown court.
Dale Thomas Graham, 34, and Samantha Louise Smith, 35, each face one charge which is said to arise out of an alleged incident in the West Walls area on April 23 last year.
During a short hearing in front of Recorder Julie Clemitson today (FRI), both Graham and Smith pleaded not guilty to a charge which alleges that they inflicted grievous bodily harm upon David Osborne.
A trial was listed at the crown court for the week of March 5.
In the meantime, Graham, of Charlotte Street, Carlisle, was remanded in custody, while Smith, of Mount Pleasant Road, Currock, also Carlisle, was granted conditional bail.
