[D]ue to adverse weather conditions, there will be no refuse and recycling collections in Carlisle today (Wednesday 28 February).
All refuse and recycling collection crews are helping with snow clearance.
A Carlisle City Council spokesman said: “Weather permitting; we will catch up on any missed collections this weekend.
“Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.”
