Penkeyman was committed to prison for 10-weeks because of the seriousness of the offences and his previous record for drink-driving in the past, this was a deliberate offence without holding a valid licence or insurance, he was also disqualified from driving for a period of 50-months. He also has court costs of £213 to pay.
