Eden District Council’s CEO, Rose Rouse has announced she will be leaving the council at the end of the month.
Rose started her role as Eden District Council’s CEO in July 2018.
Rose said: “It has been a pleasure to work in Eden and I have really enjoyed working with businesses, communities and partners across the county. I couldn’t be more proud of the staff at Eden District Council, who have done a fantastic job providing services and critical support to businesses and communities in Eden during the Covid-19 situation.”
Leader of the Council Dr Virginia Taylor said: “I would like to than Rose for the work she has done leading the staff at Eden District Council.”
Rose will be taking a short period out of local government to grow her family’s business.
