Mind Over Mountains was founded by serial adventurer and mental health activist, Alex Staniforth, alongside international leadership consultant and trainer Chris Spray. Both have found spending time in the outdoors one of the most powerful influences on their wellbeing.
Events are running throughout the Autumn in the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Berwyn Mountains. Bursaries are available to those in financial hardship or experiencing challenging circumstances.
