Whitehaven RL’s clash against Halifax Panthers will now kick off at 1pm so supporters can also watch the Euro 2020 final.
A statement from the club said: “We would like to thank Halifax in their co-operation of bringing forward the kick-off time in anticipation of the European Championship final which we know both sets of players, staff and supporters may have a keen eye on depending on results.
“This earlier kick-off will allow all to be able return home with enough time to watch the fixture.”
