Former Carlisle centre Chris Harris scored his first try for the British Lions in their 71-31 win over the Cell C Sharks.
It was Harris who actually gave the Lions an early lead with a try on five minutes before a topsy turvy half ended all square at 26-26.
Harris, now a seasoned Scotland international was making his second appearance for the tourists who scored 11 tries in their wide-margin success.
It might not have been so convincing had their hosts played with 15 throughout but they had scrum-half Jaden Henrickse sent off for a cheap-shot elbow in the 46th minute. The red card proved the turning point.
The Sharks, who lost 54-7 to the Lions three days earlier, profited from tourist errors to be level at the break.
Carlisle-born Harris, 30, is qualified to play for Scotland through his Edinburgh-born grandmother although his international debut came for England Counties in 2013.
Harris, who came through the age group ranks at the Carlisle club to make the first team, isnow with Gloucester and has made 28 appearances for Scotland.
