Kendal Town have landed a plum home draw in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
But Workington Reds face a trek to the North East if they can get past Marine in Tuesday’s replay.
Following their gritty 1-0 win at Glossop North End on Saturday, Kendal were rewarded with a home tie against Warrington Town from the NPL Premier Division.
Manager Chris Humphrey said: “I’m delighted with that because on the day the club can make some money as I’m sure Warrington will bring a good number of fans with them.
“It also offers us the chance to show how we are progressing against a team from the League above.”
Warrington had won both their opening League games before losing 2-0 at Scarborough Athletic on Saturday.
Workington have work to do before they can contemplate a trip to Dunstan as they have a few injury issues ahead of the return game at Marine.
Assistant manager Steven Rudd said: “We have a few knocks and niggles to consider ahead of the replay and with two games over the week-end coming up, Saturday and Bank Holiday Monday coming-up we won’t be taking any risks.
“If we can get through then Dunstan will be tough opponents I imagine. They got a few from South Shields in the summer and will be a force in their League.”
They got through to the first qualifying round with a win in the north east on Saturday, beating Newcastle Benfield 2-1.
