A man has been arrested after a serious assault outside a bar.
The incident involved two men and took place near the zebra crossing outside Warehouse on Burrowgate in Penrith, at about 2.30am on November 14.
One of the men, aged 20 from the Penrith area, sustained a broken jaw.
A 24-year-old man from the Penrith area has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning GBH and has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
