Three fire engines were called to a fire involving a property in north Cumbria.
Crews were called to Hendersons Croft in Crosby-on-Eden at 12.13am today to a fire involving an electrical fuse box.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to ventilate the property.
Firefighters were at the scene for two hours.
