A staff member was assaulted during a robbery at Carlisle’s Lidl supermarket.
Police are probing the robbery at the Charlotte Street branch of the discount food retailer at 7.20pm on December 10.
A member of staff at Lidl was assaulted by a man who left the store without paying for items. Police are looking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has any information which will assist the police investigation.
