Carlisle’s Sainsbury’s petrol station has run out of diesel and unleaded.
A spokesman for the Church Street filling station confirmed that it is only able to provide super unleaded to customers.
A statement issued by Sainsbury’s said: “Some of our pumps at our Carlisle petrol filling station are temporarily closed.
“All our sites are receiving more fuel and we’ll reopen the pumps again as soon as possible. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.”
