A 14-year-old boy has been killed on the A595.
The youngster was riding a mountain bike when he was involved in a collision with a silver Kia Sorento at Prospect Hill, Waberthwaite at around 8.05pm yesterday, April 8.
The 14-year-old, from the local area, died at the scene.
Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed this incident to contact them.
