A West Cumbrian pub has suffered a fire overnight.
Firefighters tackled the blaze at the Ship at Dovenby.
A post on Facebook from the pub said: “We’ve had a nasty fire through night which has resulted in our food storage area being totally destroyed.
“Everyone is okay but the damage is intense. We will be open as usual but bear with us please as we have lost a lot of stock and equipment and may have to run on a reduced menu but of course, we will do our best.”
