Shap Wells Hotel is on the market for £3.85 million.
The 108-room hotel has been in the hands of Skyland Hotels Ltd, which has undertaken signifcant improvements to the venue, which is being sold by hotel specialists Christie & Co.
Set within 15 acres of grounds, it also has a 300-cover restaurant and a lounge/bar for 90 covers.
For the year ending December 2019, it turned over £2 million.
Despite the impact of the pandemic, and the hotel only had its doors open for about seven months, sales were in excess of £1.6m with sales expected to exceed £2 million this year.
