Workington Reds will stage an open day at Borough Park on Saturday.
It means there’s no immediate chance to erase the memory of the 5-2 defeat by Kendal Town at the week-end.
Instead manager Danny Grainger and assistant Stephen Rudd will put the players through their paces in an open session for the fans to watch.
The club’s development squad and ladies team will also be there to stage open training sessions.
A number of games will be staged for the Reds In the Community and Academy sides, indicating the importance the club puts on fostering local talent.
Reds director Richard Lewthwaite said: “The open day has proved popular with the fans in the past and we are expecting a good turnout.
“At noon we are putting on sandwiches and a cuppa for all our volunteers who do such a great job for the club.
“I know there’s always a lot of interest among the fans at the question-and-answer session we put on with the manager and directors, and I’m sure that will go down well again.
“It’s difficult to put on a specific time but we are going to say 2pm for that.”
