Wath Brow held their annual presentation night – and there were special congratulations to the club’s A team.
Playing in the Cumberland ARL against other club’s first teams the Hornets second string reached two prestigious end-of-season finals.
Although they lost both to Ellenborough Rangers, the performances from the young Hornets side had been encouraging and promises much for the future.
The first team had reached the National Conference Premier Division play-offs again but had been unable to make further progress.
