
An out-of-control dog has bitten a six-year-old’s face in Carlisle.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened at Scalegate Road on Friday December 16 at about 3.30pm.
The boy was left with puncture wounds to his chin, described as minor.
The dog is described as possibly an Australian bulldog which was grey all over.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information that can help with their enquiries.
