The National Police Air Service has been called after reports of a robbery in a Carlisle car park.
Police were called at around 12.30pm yesterday, June 6, with a report of a robbery in the car park on London Road.
Officers said it involved a man approaching two men in a vehicle. It was reported the man was in possession of knife.
No one was injured during the incident.
The helicopter has since been stood down.
