Alex Bishop has joined Keighley Cougars for next season after leaving Whitehaven last week.
The Australian had spent two season at the LEL Arena but injuries had severely curtailed his involvement.
When he was playing he was appreciated by the fans and the coaching staff but managed only 15 appearances in his two years at the club.
A shattered kneecap in the Challenge Cup tie with St Helens last year ended his season and he did remarkably well to come back this year.
However another bad injury ended his campaign again, which was a shame for both player and club.
