A man was assaulted in Workington this week.
Police are investigating the incident which happened on Wednesday at around 8.30pm.
During the incident a man is believed to have assaulted another man near the junction with Solway Road and Mossbay Road.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the assault or have any information that could assist in identifying the suspect.
