Workington Reds were beaten 2-0 at home by relegation-threatened Bradford PA as their poor sequence continues.
Although they have had nine draws in their last 14 games, in which they recorded one win, they have only won twice in the last 22 League matches.
Bradford had won at promotion-chasing Warrington Rylands last week and they showed a lot of spirit and determination to follow-up at Borough Park.
They only had two serious efforts at goal but scored twice to avenge their home defeat to the Cumbrians earlier in the season.
Bradford had the tonic of an early goal, scored after nine minutes when Jordan Preston fired in a well-placed shot into the bottom corner.
It was a scrappy first half and Workington never seriously looked like upsetting the Bradford defence.
There was an improvement from the home side in the second-half but when they did create an opportunity on loan keeper Kieran Flavell was a major obstacle.
The keeper made excellent stops to deny Dav Symington and Cieran Casson and also did well to keep out two other efforts from Conor Tinnion.

For all their domination of the ball Workington struggled against a well-organised Bradford defence and they were rocked again on 83 minutes when a fine second goal for the visitors sealed the points.
Edy Maieco cut in from the left and then produced a superb finish into the bottom corner beyond Jim Atkinson.
Bradford were reduced to 10 men on 93 minutes when Jacob Lara was sent off but they saw it through comfortably.
Reds are at Lancaster City next week for a date with former manager Chris Willcock who has recently taken over at the Giant Axe.
