Police are currently investigating a public order offence and threatening behaviour by a man in the area know as the Hay in Cockermouth.
During the incident it is reported a man described as white, in his 40s, stocky build, long hair and a beard approached the victim and was threatening towards him.
This occurred on March 31 between 4.50pm and 4.55pm.
