There’s big excitement among Workington Town supporters as three overseas signings are set to make their debuts.

Zarrin Galea, Pone Tongia and Lasarusa Tabu are all included in the 21-strong squad named for the League One game against Midlands Hurricanes at the Fibrus Community Stadium.

Jack Stephenson (hamstring) and Jake Lightowler (ankle) miss out with new injuries and they join Mal Steele, Brad Taylor, Kian McPherson and Dave Eccleston who are all on the sidelines through injury.

After losing their first two games against the top two sides Oldham and Keighley, Anthony Murray’s side have responded with four wins in a row to sit third in the League One table.

Their opponents tomorrow, the Hurricanes are seventh of nine with two wins from their six games. In their last game they were beaten 44-16 at home by leaders Oldham.

The squad is: Carl Forber, Chris Taylor, Ciaran Walker, Connor Saunders, Ellis Archer, Ethan Bickerdike, Grant Reid, Jake Bradley, Jarrod Sammut, Jason Mossop, JJ Key, Jonny Hutton, Jordan Burns, Jordan Thomson, Lasarusa Tabu, Liam McNicholas, Matty Henson, Pone Tongia, Stevie Scholey, Tyler Walton, Zarrin Galea.
